Azure Private Hire

Azure Private Hire is a comprehensive transport booking and management website built for an award-winning private hire company serving clients across Stoke on Trent, Newcastle under Lyme, and the wider UK.

The platform features a fully integrated online booking portal where customers enter a pick-up location and destination, select date, time, and passenger count, and receive an instant quote. From there, the booking flows directly through to secure payment via Stripe — a complete end-to-end experience without leaving the site.

Google Maps integration powers route calculation and location selection, giving customers an accurate view of their journey before they commit. The site also supports telephone bookings, with the online portal serving as a seamless digital front for the company's team.

The company serves a diverse range of clients across industries including Airline, Banking, Film Production, Health, Travel, Oil & Gas, Rail, Events, and Conferences. Their fleet covers saloon vehicles, executive and luxury cars, wheelchair-accessible vehicles, pet-friendly options, and 7–8 seater people carriers for larger groups.

All vehicles undergo regular maintenance and inspections by the Newcastle under Lyme Council and Stoke on Trent Council. Azure Private Hire was awarded Best Private Vehicle Hire Company 2022 and Best Airport Transfers Service 2023 in Stoke on Trent.

The platform was built using Laravel and Blade for the backend and templating layer, with Stripe handling payment processing and Google Maps powering location and route features.
