Website redesign and rebuild
If your website looks dated, breaks on phones or no longer works properly, I rebuild it into something modern and fast without losing the search rankings it has earned.
Redesign or rebuild?
Sometimes an outdated site only needs a new design. Often the problems go deeper: slow pages, broken integrations, or a platform nobody can safely change any more.
Azure Private Hire was the second kind. The old site looked dated and its Google Maps integration had broken, so quotes no longer worked. We weighed patching it against rebuilding, and rebuilt it from scratch with instant quotes and Stripe payments.
Keeping your rankings
A redesign is the moment most sites lose traffic, usually because old addresses stop working. I map every existing page to its new home, set up permanent redirects, and keep titles, descriptions and structured data in place, so Google carries your rankings across instead of starting again.
An example: this site
I rebuilt this portfolio in 2026 with a new design, proper 404 pages, permanent redirects for every old address, and a lighter, faster build. Old project links still work and lead to the right pages.
What changes and what stays
Your content, your domain and anything that already works stay. What changes is the design, the code underneath, and whatever was holding the site back, whether that is speed, the mobile layout or an integration that stopped working.
Common questions
How much does a website redesign cost?
It depends on the size of the site and how much is changing underneath. A visual refresh of a small site costs far less than rebuilding one with bookings or payments. Send me the current site and what is not working, and I will tell you which it needs.
Will I lose my Google rankings?
Not if the move is handled properly. Every old address gets a permanent redirect to its new page, so the rankings carry over. Skipping that step is the biggest risk in any redesign.
Can AI redesign my website?
AI tools can produce a quick mock-up, but a redesign that keeps your rankings, integrations and data intact still needs someone to plan and build it. AI speeds up parts of that work; it does not replace the planning.
