WCsite is a comprehensive client management system built to simplify and automate appointment scheduling, client attendance tracking, and communication workflows across healthcare and service-based organizations. The platform supports multiple user roles — including Admins, Doctors, and Schedulers — each with tailored access and role-specific dashboards.

A core strength of WCsite is its advanced scheduling logic, capable of handling complex recurring appointment patterns such as weekly, bi-weekly, and monthly schedules. Attendance is automatically tracked based on each client’s assigned schedule, significantly reducing manual effort and ensuring consistency.

The system also includes a robust alert and notification mechanism to keep staff and clients informed about upcoming appointments, missed sessions, and scheduling changes. Administrators benefit from detailed, exportable reports — including Excel summaries — that provide insights into client progress, appointment history, and attendance performance.

My contributions included implementing appointment workflows, secure authentication, role-based access control, dynamic dashboards, and automated attendance logic, resulting in a scalable and efficient scheduling solution.
