    Direct Credit Buyback

Direct Credit Buyback is a full-featured debt management platform developed for a collection agency, featuring dedicated modules for superadmins, collectors, and customers. The system centralizes complex workflows related to debt tracking, customer communication, and reporting within a secure and structured interface.

Built using Laravel for backend architecture and React for dynamic frontend components, the platform delivers a responsive and modern user experience. A key highlight is the integration of Python scripts to handle large-scale data operations, enabling seamless bulk uploads of customer records and skip trace data through Excel files.

The platform supports multi-channel communication through locally hosted SMS and phone gateway solutions connected to physical devices, allowing real-time messaging and call tracking without full reliance on third-party services. Email verification is also implemented to ensure authenticated and accurate customer outreach.

Role-based access control ensures appropriate permissions for superadmins, collectors, and internal staff, while detailed logging and reporting modules provide audit trails and actionable performance insights. Administrators can easily monitor communications, upload statuses, and collector activity through a streamlined dashboard.

Designed with scalability and automation in mind, Direct Credit Buyback combines Laravel, React, and Python into a cohesive, modular system for efficiently managing and growing debt portfolios.

This is a live application, and you can view a demo of the system here: Demo Link.
