Email verification is also implemented to ensure authenticated and accurate customer outreach.

Role-based access control ensures appropriate permissions for superadmins, collectors, and internal staff, while detailed logging and reporting modules provide audit trails and actionable performance insights. Administrators can easily monitor communications, upload statuses, and collector activity through a streamlined dashboard.
