I connect a language model, such as OpenAI's or Anthropic's, to your own content, so answers stay specific to your business instead of generic, and the bot says so when it does not know.

Some conversations need a person. I have built this part before: Smart Support Chat, a rule-based support platform I built from scratch, escalates a conversation from automated replies to a live agent in real time, without the visitor repeating themselves or moving to email. How much does an AI chatbot for a website cost?
There is a build cost and a running cost. The build depends on how much content the bot needs to know and whether it connects to systems like bookings or orders. The running cost is the AI provider's usage fee, which depends on how many conversations it handles, and I set limits so it stays predictable.
Will it make things up?
It is designed to answer only from your content, to say when it does not know, and to offer a human instead of guessing. No AI is perfect, so conversations are logged and can be reviewed.
Does it work on my existing website?
Yes. It installs with a small script, so it works with most websites, including WordPress, Shopify and custom builds.
